Authentic Vietnamese Wonton Soup

Ingredients from Asian grocer include:

wonton wrappers pork paste daikon radish cilantro root wood ear mushroom

Pork paste ensures moisture with the pork filling.

Broth is made using daikon, cilantro, and onion initially.

Once that boils, you add in the cornish hen for flavor (along with other spices)

This chicken broth powder is better than bullion in my opinion.

Wontons are folded. Generally they come in packs of 48.

To prevent sogginess, you'll want to boil another pot with just water. Cook the wontons in batches for 2 minutes each, then ladle into the real broth before serving.

Outcome should be delicious soup!

Add ramen if needed. I also like to add spice as well!
